Eastgate Hotel, Blackpool

The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-thought-out rooms with some nice features, but they were too small for two adults and a one-year-old. Despite being woken up in the night due to the cold temperatures from the ongoing construction in the dining room, the room was comfortable and clean. The service was a mix of friendly interactions and unfortunate aggressiveness when dealing with issues like a broken shower. The dining experience was satisfactory with cafes around, although there were some complaints about the cold conditions and unhelpful responses towards room temperature problems. Overall, it was a decent stay with potential room for improvement.

The hotel is in a good location, quite close to the Tower and town center, making it an ideal base for exploring Blackpool. The rooms are clean and comfortable with convenient tea and coffee making facilities, but they were a bit small and lacked proper cleaning services during our stay.
